About the Role

Lead daily branch operations and a team of 8-12 staff while keeping service quality and compliance airtight.

Key Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day branch operations and cash management
• Lead and appraise a team of 8-12 branch staff
• Drive branch sales targets along with the sales head
• Ensure audit and regulatory compliance
• Handle high-value customer escalations

Qualifications & Requirements

• Graduate with 4+ years of banking branch experience. Team handling is mandatory.
