About the Role

Assist walk-in customers with account opening, KYC, and day-to-day banking needs while cross-selling relevant products.

Key Responsibilities

• Open savings and current accounts with complete KYC
• Resolve customer queries at the branch counter
• Cross-sell debit cards, insurance, and fixed deposits
• Support branch targets on product penetration
• Maintain accurate records in the core banking system

• Graduate in any discipline. Freshers may apply.
