Relationship Manager

About the Role

Own a portfolio of retail banking clients and grow the branch book through liability and asset products. You are the first point of contact for walk-in and mapped customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage a portfolio of 150+ retail clients
• Drive CASA and loan product sales against monthly targets
• Conduct customer meetings and financial-need reviews
• Coordinate with credit and operations for sanction and disbursal
• Maintain service quality and resolve escalations within TAT

Qualifications & Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline. MBA (Finance) preferred.
