Collection Executive

About the Role

Manage a portfolio of delinquent accounts and recover dues while keeping the customer relationship intact.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up on overdue accounts over call and field visits
• Negotiate repayment schedules with customers
• Maintain daily disposition and recovery logs
• Escalate high-risk accounts to the collections manager
• Ensure all recovery activity stays within compliance norms

Qualifications & Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline. 1+ year of collections experience preferred.
